Payment

We must receive your deposit(50% of the rental amount), within 10 days of the date you make the reservation.  We must receive your final payment, including ($100) security deposit, at least 30 days prior to arrival. Our address is:

Payment Methods

We accept personal checks if we received at least 30 days in advance. We also accept money orders, certified checks, but no credit card provisions.  Payment in person with cash or bank checks.

Cancellations

 If we find it necessary to cancel a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to re-rent your chalet.  If we can find a new tenant for the time period reserved, we can refund any payments you have made, less a cancellation charge of 20% of total payment.
